    You posted a lot of information. That isn't a bad thing, but I would say a good chunk of people coming into the thread are going to be put off by it.

    What I would suggest is taking the information you have there and short-handing it. People find it more readable to go down through a list of what has occurred and what you've done about it so far.

    I'm sure someone will be along to help. That your mobo threw a beep code suggesting memory, and you ran 4 passes on it (MemTest?) without any problems, maybe you're looking at a problem with the mobo.

    Again, try and shorthand your post.

    Installing Windows, not sure which drive?

    Hey ONE DRIVE NOT WORKING it says to make sure personal is on and i am not sure how to do :) I apologise in advance if I sound totally stupid.

    A few days ago I tried to do a factory reset on my laptop but it failed right at the end and I ended up with no os installed.
    I used another computer to put Windows 10 on a usb to use to install on my laptop.

    I've booted it up but stuck straight away because I'm not sure which drive/partition I should pick to install on?
    I've read that I should pick the largest drive and also read I should pick a primary drive.
    I have a primary drive but I have an unallocated drive that is much larger, so not sure which to pick.

    Could someone please guide me through this step?
