    one drive status icons in windows explorer and difference between synching and backing up?


    Hi,


    I have two simple questions:

    1 Onedrive has been grinding on for days but in file explorer syncing on all files is still shown as pending. What is going on?

    2 What is the difference between synching and backing up if I have chosen the option for all files to remain on the laptop?

    Ok, i got a bit confused on this. So lets say i want to change my F drive icon. I open notepad and paste both of these or just one?

    How to make vista display same icon size for all opened folders in explorer ?

    i dont think this answers the question , how do i make all icons in all folders appear "Large Icons" .
