    One Drive steals my files and invades my privacy.


    I can no longer use my expensive windows based computer and have to buy a mac. Shouldn't microsoft be held responsible? One Drive is basically spyware and theft. If I wanted any of my files on One Drive I would have put them there. Imagine my horror when I turned the junk software off and all my files disappeared. I can not trust Windows and I am afraid to put any files on my computer making it a giant paper weight and internet tool. People should not have to opt out of having their files stolen by a business. The opt out doesn't work anyway. Do you go to the grocery store and just take all t

    It seems that Microsoft Word is currently set as the default program to open your documents. To avoid opening it Word, we suggest that you set your preferred program to open these files. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • Click Start.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Select System.
    • On the left panel, click on Default apps.
    • Click on Choose default apps by file type.
    • Scroll down and look for .doc on the list of file types.
    • Choose the program you want to open these documents with.
