Windows 10: One drive sync error. Incompatible item name/type?

In the bottom right corner of my windows 11 toolbar there's an 'x' next to the onedrive. when I click on it it says "There are 2 sync issues in OneDrive. Click to learn more about these issues and how to resolve them." when i click on this to learn more it then saysIssue 1personal vault.lnkThis item name or type isn't allowed. Please rename the item or remove it from OneDrive.Issue 2Final Draft 13.lnkNo access permissions to the item. It appears that you do not have access permissions to the item. Ensure that you have the right permissions to allow the item to sync.How can I resolve these? T

CD drive error

1) Close all open programs
2) Click on Start, Run, and type REGEDIT and press Enter
3) Click on the plus signs (+) next to the following folders

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SYSTEM
CurrentControlSet
Control
Class
{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
4) This folder is the DVD/CD-ROM Drive Class Description in the registry. Look for any of the following names in the right hand column.

UpperFilters
LowerFilters
UpperFilters.bak
LowerFilters.bak
5) If any of the above keys shown in step 4 are listed, right-click on them and choose Delete
6) After deleting the keys, close the Registry Editor
7) Reboot your computer
8) Open My Computer and check to see if your CD or DVD drives have returned. You may also want to open Device Manager and verify that the yellow exclamation and error code on the CD or DVD drive is gone.

And it likely has something to do with the emulated drive you have listed there.

 

Optical Drive Issue

I'd like to wait until you reply to my question in Scrsht 12, if it is a remnant of the process try deleting the one on the dsktp and see if the one in send to also disappears. If it stays in send to, test it, and if you're still having problems I'd suggest you could go back to: Option One: To Add or Remove Items in Send To context menu for Your Account (current user) and do Step 3 to remove it and start over using Step 4 but be very careful of your steps in creating the shortcut and be sure you d&d that shortcut to the send to part of the address.

I'm busy today and I probably won't be back until the evening.

 

Microsof account sync issue- error code 80070490 saying "We can't sync right now".

I am trying to follow the suggestions above. I am here in your list of suggested steps:

• If this account continues to fail to sync the next thing to do is tap the error you receive. You should now be on the screen where you can enter your password. At the very bottom of this screen try entering the following in the server name field, m.hotmail.com,
  blu-m.hotmail.com, bay-m.hotmail.com. After entering each, go and try to sync the account.

Just so that I am clear, I am to change the server name to one of those in your response (above), one at a time, try to sync. If it doesn't sync, try the next one--correct?
