    i had to do a factory reset on my pc because of a blue screen came when i switched my pc on saying windows coud not load windows ten came back on after reset but my printer would not print or connect so i took it to a pc shop he got my printer working but wiyh a cable from printer to pc now i can not send anything from my phone to printer and one note said there were 93 fies that could not upload to one drive ti said it seems that i dont have the correct permissions to let them sync .im not tech savy im nearly 70 yrs old could someone give me step by step help to reolve these issues
