Aptio Setup Utility issue

The Aptio Setup Utility is often associated with the BIOS for ASUS computers. The first thing I'd check is the CMOS battery. However, there are other causes as well. Here is an article that may address your issue if it's not the battery:

Windows Setup Issue with UAC


I have an issue with error message coming up when I try to open Edge





I believe this is caused by setting up my laptop as me as the only with administrator rights. I have set the setting below because I cannot live with the constant messages every time I open an program and my wavelab app will not allow drag and drop into the app with the UAC set any higher. How can I get round this issue?
