Windows 10: One Note not synching because you've run out of space on your device or where the notebook...

When I login to my One drive online it shows I have used 274MB of my 5GB space. Appreciate any suggestions how to resolve.Thank you.

with previous PDAs (Pocket PC and two versions Palm) I have always been able to sunch 'notes' from outlook -- just got Dash, notes no longer option on synch list.

any work around?

different way to use device to get same function

With current Pocket PC phones, Notes are supported. The Dash is a Smartphone and Notes are not supported

 

Sticky Notes synching accross devices

Am having trouble synching Sticky Notes across devices.

I work from several devices in the offices. Work at one computer for a couple hours. Work in another area for a couple hours on another machine.

All W10, signed in to device with same AD/O365 credential, all in the same domain.

And yet the notes are device specific.

Is there some trick or step I am missing?

Cant seem to find any good documentation from MS on Sticky Notes...Its even missing from the category drop downs; so apologize if my first question to the community is in the wrong area.
