Windows 10: One of my accounts is no longer updating in Windows Mail

Hello,Recently one of my email accounts, a Gmail account, is no longer syncing. I have multiple Gmail accounts set up with Mail and the others work fine. To resolve the issue, I removed and re-added the account, but it still will not sync. Clicking the sync button just has the loading dots running endlessly.If I log in on a web browser, I can see I have received mail, but Windows Mail shows no mail since 3/28/23I tried to check sync options but there are no Advanced Options.I am using Windows 10 21H2 build 19044.2728

Linking external e mail accounts to the Mail tile in Window's 10

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to delete and existing account that is added in Mail Tile App.

• Open the Mail Tile App.
• Click on the Gear icon in the left bottom corner.
• Select “Accounts” from the list.
• Select the Account which needs to be deleted and click on “Delete”.

Windows Mail - Adding an imap account

Hello,

So, I want to link my work mail account to the desktop app and no matter what I always end up having a "Can't get mail" message below my account.

Step by step, here's what I'm doing :

1. Under Account, select Add Account
2. In the popup, choose Advanced setup and then Internet Mail (pop or pmap)
3. Fill in the form following my mail specifications
4. Hit Sign In
5. The account is added but "can't get mail"
6. Clicking it opens a window where I see Username and Password. The later being way longer than what I typed earlier.
7. If I change the Password it reset to what it was.

NB : I checked the infos I entered in step 3.

NB2 : Do I have to write the ports somewhere during config?

Any help would be very appreciated.

Outlook account not working in Mail since November Update 1511

Thank you. These settings were already set as you suggest. My outlook.com (Hotmail) account is still not syncing in Mail on my tablet. Furthermore, it has now stopped syncing on my laptop too. My other 3 accounts sync fine.
