Windows 10: one of my email sub folders has stopped syncing

HiI have a number of sub folders to my windows mail email account. All sync fine except one which has stopped showing the emails in it. If I enter my email address in the Search box they all download but when I come out of the folder and go in again they've all disappeared! Any ideas please?

MS active sync - outlook - cant sync email folders / sub folders

I have an glofiish phone using windows mobile 6.1 professional

my computer runs ms outlook 2002

I have checked all the email folders and sub folders that i require in active sync 4.5.0

the folders will not sync.

Only the inbox syncs.

Can someone help?

Hello,

When your in Outlook (Exchange) and you tap on Folders > Show all Folders, does it show you the list of Sub Folders you are looking for? If it does, you can tap on any folder that you want to keep up-to-date and tap "sync this folder" When you do this, the
folder will appear under the list of folders you are keeping an eye on. When new mail arrives, you will only see the number of new messages next to that folder for example -

Subfolder Name (10)

ActievSync will not sync my sub folders. I have hotmail, yahoo, gmail account on my messaging center. I get all my emails in the INBOX. I SEE the sub folders for all the email accounts; however, the sub folders are all blank and activesync does not sync
these folder (like the SENT folder or other personal folders).



Does any one know how to sync the sub folders?
