One of my home network Computers get's a general Failure when trying to ping other devices...

Hi Yesterday I tried to print something on my Main PC at home, which ended in Errors to connect. I then tried to remove the printer and add it again, and there I encountered the issue, that it seems to but unable to find the Printer anymore. I then tried to Print on a second PC, which had no problem doing so. After various troubleshooting attemps I tried pinging the printer on PC1 and PC2. PC2 was successful, but PC1 returned a general failure in the Ping. Same thing when I try to ping PC2 or my Router. I then tryied to find a solution online for it and tried several tips, but none helped. The

  2. Ping - General Failure

I have a laptop (.193) that connects to my home network through a wireless access point (.162). I can access the internet and I can ping out (google.com and 8.8.8.8). I cannot ping anything in my network, including the gateway. Everything, including the
laptop is static IP. I have a NAS (.143), that I was able to map to but I cannot ping to it. I installed a networked printer (.144) and the software found the device but I cannot ping it. I tried plugging the laptop in using an Ethernet cable (.194) but
still no luck. I tried disabling ipv6 using the CMD, still no luck. I don't know how long this has been going on because I can access the internet. I only found it because I tried connecting to the NAS and connecting a networked printer. I'm running McAfee
LiveSafe on all computers (including the laptop). I disabled the firewall utility and still could not ping.

I can ping all listed devices, including the gateway, from the computer I am on now (.190). This is my main computer and it is wired. I've looked at several forums and none of the steps seem to work.

    Address range: 172.21.3.100-172.21.3.200

    Router: Unifi USG

    Switch: Cisco SG250

Access Point: Unifi AP AC Pro

    Modem -> Router -> Switch -> AP -> Laptop

    What causes PING General Failure

    C:\windows\system32>ping 192.168.11.175

Pinging 192.168.11.175 with 32 bytes of data:
    General failure.
    General failure.
    General failure.
    General failure.

    Ping statistics for 192.168.11.175:

    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

After I restart Windows I didn't get it again, but I'm curious to know what causes GENERAL FAILURE error to begin with.

General-Failure while Pinging to Default Getaway - Internet works on machine

So I am encountering a strange problem in my laptop - windows 11.

    The problem

I have general-failure while pinging to other machines on my network.

I am connected to the network with WIFI.

I have ping to external Ip like (1.1.1.1), But general Failure when pinging 192.168.0.1 (works from other devices)

As well in my VMware when I run machine in bridge mode I have connection to Default-GW .

    What I Tried

    • Disabling all fire wall setting windows
    • adding inbound outbound rules to allow icmpv4
    • Running the following commands: netsh int ip reset c:\tcp.txt , ipconfig /flushdns
    • I have enabled network discovery
    • Disable DHCP and Tried to check the problem with static Ip v4
    Thank you for reading this!
