Windows 10: One of my keyboard keys is stuck pressed and I don't know which one

I don't know what I did but one or more of my keyboard keys are stuck pressed down. I dont even know which one, it's hard to figure out. But here are things that are happening:

• When I click on the volume icon in the taskbar, the volume keeps getting lowered by itself
• My chrome tabs keeps switching when I move the cursor to the top of google chrome
• The PC keeps scrolling up by itself, but it is not in all programs (I notice it happens in microsoft store apps, the start menu, the task view, and anything Windows related)

What I tried:

• Restarting
• Pressing arrow keys
• Pressing PgUp/PgDn
• Disconnecting my mouse
• Seeing if sticky keys is turned off, and it is

Stubborn keyboard keys

The on screen keyboard worked flawlessly. Thanks for the suggestion. Now I know for sure it is a mechanical issue with the keyboard. Anyone know if replacing a keyboard on an Asus laptop is even feasible? Or will it be too costly?

I would suggest you to follow these methods and check.


Run Hardware Troubleshooter

Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.

• Press the ‘Windows + W’ key on the keyboard.
• Type troubleshooter in the search box and then press enter.
• Click hardware and sound and run the hardware and device troubleshooter.

I also recommend you to reinstall the drivers in Compatibility mode and check if it works.

• 
  Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’.
  
• 
  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select Windows 8.1 operating system from the drop down.
  
• 
  Click on ‘Apply’ and click ‘OK’ and run the file to install it.
  

I suggest you to disable the mouse driver and then enable it again.

1) Press Windows + X and select
device manager.

2) Click on Mice and other pointing devices.

3) Right click on driver and choose Disable.

4) Next restart and enable it again.
