  2. Windows 10 store opens in one user account but not the other

    Hi everyone,

I've seen that a lot of people are having issues opening the Windows 10 store, but my problem seems to be slightly different than normal. I have two user accounts on my laptop - one for work and one for personal. In my work account the store works totally
fine, but in my personal account it won't even open. When I search "store" in the start menu and click on the icon nothing happens at all. No windows open, no error messages, nothing. I've tried some of the steps suggested in other threads but no luck. I've
thought about just resetting Windows 10, but I would like to avoid that step if possible.

    Thanks!

  3. Two PC's but only access to one

Eeks! Unlike ActiveSync, there is no "clean uninstall" of WMDC 6.1. Take a look at the following steps - have you done them already - e.g. installed both the driver and the app? If not, they may help you at least get back to 6.0. Let us know if it does.
We are trying to track down the cause of error 86000107 error. There seems to be 2 categories that this falls in - one that involves a 64bit machine, and another one which seems to be yours, or 100 PIM PIM items (e.g. contacts) is being deleted or changed.

To remove WMDC from the PC, two entries must be uninstalled:

    •Windows Mobile Device Center
•Windows Mobile Device Center Driver Update

Perform these steps to uninstall WMDC:

1.Select one of the two WMDC entries in
    Programs and Features.

    2.Click Uninstall.
3.If prompted, click Yes to the
    Are you sure… prompt.
4.If prompted, click Allow to the User Account Control dialog.
5.If prompted, click OK to allow Windows to close WMDC.
6.Repeat these steps with the other WMDC entry.
7.It is recommended to reboot the PC after the uninstall operation is complete.

Two sign in but one user

Lately, when I turn on my desktop computer I have two sign in. One has my picture and the other has Microsoft icon of a person. I want to automatically log in. I turned on the automatically sign-in when restart ... But it doesn't. Is the problem the
other sign-in? Where can I delete one?
