Windows 10: One option is greyed out after pressing Windows Key + P

Hello,I have a laptop that isn't a touch screen, and I have an external touchscreen that I use in case I need it. However, since I got my laptop fixed, when I plug in the external drive, I get a message saying "No Support" on that end.I did speak with the manufacturer of the laptop, and so far, we've only gotten to the point where I have to press Windows + W.However, there is one issue. One of the options that I really need, Which is Duplicate is greyed out. My touch screen does turn on with the other options when I press Windows Key + P, except for Duplicate. I still get the "No Support" me

Let’s try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver and check if this helps.

  Press Windows key + X and select Device manger.

  Click on Keyboard and expand it.

  Right click on the driver and uninstall it.
  
• Once you are done uninstalling the driver restart he computer. It will automatically reinstall the keyboard generic driver.

Win p key pressed

Just a thought. Did you try pressing "Win p" again?
Sometimes a key acts like an "on off" switch.
If that doesn't work I'm sorry I can't help.

 

Networking Issue on MacBook

• Shut down the computer.
• Press the power button.
• Before the grey screen appears, press the Command, Option, P, and R keys at the same time.
• Hold the keys until your computer restarts and you hear the startup sound a second time.
• Release the keys.
