  1. One website keeps auto reloading on all browsers, have tried everything

    Hi there,

I recently tried to access the following website produce.kounta.com
And found that about every 10 seconds the page reloads.
It is only happening on my computer, and it happens on every browser that I use. It only happens with this specific site. The only way i've managed to stop it from happening is by using safe mode.

The windows version i have is:

    Windows 10 Home

    2004

    Things I have tried are:

    Turning off anti virus

Changing internet options to Disable Meta Refresh

    Changing settings in Chrome

    Using Chrome incognito mode
    Clearing all browsing data

    Using Microsoft Edge

And to confirm this website works perfectly fine on any other computer.

Any ideas/ leads would be greatly appreciated

    :)

    Edge browser reloading

Why does the Edge browser keep reloading a page while I'm trying to read it?

None of the other browsers, Firefox or Chrome, seem to have this issue.

What steps need to be performed to stop the page reloading process?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  4. One website keeps auto reloading on all browsers, have tried everything

On clicking tabs on any website in any browser nothing happens.

    Hi,

System conflicts can be one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. To isolate your concern, we'd like to ask you a few questions:

    • Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?
    • Have you tried checking a different website and see if the issue still persists?
    • When did the issue begin?
    • Can you tell us the browser that you're using?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

We'll keep an eye out for your response.
