One Windows task using up 90% ram for no reason

I recently had my pc throw a bsod twice within 10mins and it appeared to be a faulty ram so I decided to get new also upgrade to 32gb as I was going to anyway and since then I have had windows inventory and compatibility svchost.exe using up to 92% of avaliable memory and I can't seem to find a cause, I've ran antivirus and disabled all start up tasks. ending the task it says the system may become unstable , I'm unsure what i can do now apart from start from scratch and have it wiped and start fresh to see if that resolves the problem any advice would be appreciated

    :)

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

    AMD FX OC'ers Club

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
