Windows 10: OneDrive backup keeps crashing game save files in "My Games" with Steam and Epic games.

I keep trying to play a game from my steam folder. In this case when I start Xcom 2, OneDrive starts backing up the save file I just loaded causing the game to freeze or crash. I've tried right-clicking on "My Games" folder with File Explorer a selected "Always keep on this Devices". But it only works for a little while. I tried moving the "My Games" folder to another location, but than the games can find the game save files. Know option with steam or Epic to change location of saved files. How can I resolved this issue?

Compiling list of installed Epic Launcher games

Is there a way to compile a list (with file locations) of all games installed on my computer through the Epic game launcher? I want to write a Python code, or code in any other language, to list all the paths to the executable files for these games, along with any other information saved by Epic. I know you can do this with Steam because there are Javascript files that save all this information. I haven't figured out if Epic does the same thing though, or if there is a strategy to do this. Can't delete Epic game Launcher.

Hello, Epic Games Launcher Keeps crashing a lot making other apps and website crash and slow, So I tried to delete Epic Game, And its keeps saying "Please close Epic Game Launcher before trying to delete it." I'm so confused the Epic Game is not even open.
Also I downloaded Epic Game from Epic game website on Google Chrome.

 

Windows blocking Steam and Epic games and websites.

Windows has started Epic and Steam, as well as access to game webpages. I have already tried disabling Windows Defender. Everything seems OK, but the EPIC and STEAM launchers are prevented from accessing Internet.How do we fix this?
