    Onedrive converted shared folders to links and now links are inaccesible - all data lost?


    About a month ago OD suddenly converted all shared folders to web links. These pointed not to normal folders though but to 'folders' that had almost no functionality at all. We tried downloading the data as that was almost one of the only functions available but this yielded zip files with about 1% of all files now all having the same date. Now however these web links point to inaccesible folders that try to load over and over and glitches out the interface with access denied see video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8vB8Qpef24 .Essentially MS have lost all of our compamy data.     Can't Generate a OneDrive Folder Link to Share

    I can't currently generate a OneDrive folder link to share by email or copy a link on any PC. It worked fine a few weeks ago. Is this a current fault with the OneDrive service?

    I understand that you want to get a separate link address when you select multiple files/folders to share through OneDrive.



    I would like to inform that currently, the feature is not available. We can get a share link for one file/folder at a time.



    However, this seems to be a valid suggestion as it will save time and hassle of clicking each file/folder. We always appreciate our customer’s feedback. Your feedback and suggestions are very important to us. Hence, I suggest you to provide your valuable

    How to Share OneDrive Links on Apple Computers

    I've sent links to share photo folders from my OneDrive account to various people. The links open fine for anyone using Windows PCs but people using iMacs & iPads can't open the links. I also can't open the links using my iPod Touch. The same people using Apple computers can open shared links from my Google Drive.

    Is there some conspiracy between Microsoft and Apple which prevents OneDrive links opening on Apple computers? Have people managed to open shared Onedrive folder links on Apple computers and, if so, how?
