Windows 10: OneDrive documents are not deleting

I have made some document on MS word and those files got saved in OneDrive personal account and when I am trying to delete those files they are showing "You have no permission to delete this file". Even I have uninstalled OneDrive my pc . I have windows 11 of HP

Deleted my "Documents" folder in the OneDrive dropdown

• Tried to make room for my work, thought my documents folder in onedrive drop down arrow was empty, and my actual document were elsewhere. Deleted it, also emptied my recycling bin.
• Didn't realise until after bin was emptied.
• My OneDrive account is not backed up to a recent time and is behind 2 years.
• Lost all my university work.

 

Deleting multiple documents

That is simply more steps. What I want is for it to automatically select the next document in the list... so all I have to do is keep hitting delete. I know how to highlight sections or multiple documents... But I shouldn't have to select multiple at
a time. As it is now, I have to physically select the next document in the list then hit delete.

For example, in Outlook, I can run down my list of emails for the day and just hit delete. Fast and simple.

I was once able to do that in Explorer.

 

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.
