OneDrive Files can't be edited by some 3rd Party Applications

So this happens sometimes on Windows 11. I don't know why, or how, or what I'm doing different but I have two problems.Sometimes my OneDrive folders some not all are unable to be access, for example I can't create a new file in Window Explorer by right clicking and selecting new doesn't matter file type, nothing works.Other times everything from Windows Explorer works move, copy, rename, etc but if I open a file like a Picture in an application and edit it when I try to save it spits out an error. Here is the error from Paint.net for example. It's like it can't find the file system.

    :)

    Installing 3rd Party applications

My device seems to be application locked. How can I change the security policy to allow me to install 3rd party/ unsigned applications? I purchased a device that shipped with skype mobile, although skype mobile will not complete the installation. I've
looked at the registry, and I can clearly see 4 registry keys that would prevent unsigned applications from installing, but I am unable to apply any changes that I attempt to make to the registry.

I've tried to install programs that would allow me to edit these settings directly from the unit but of course, they are 3rd party applications. Does Microsoft have a signed utiltity that would allow me to change the registry? I've seen that people have
put together *.cab files that will change these settings automatically but just as before, the system will not complete running the file since it is unsigned.

    Please help?

    Thanks,

  3. 3rd Party File Managers

I'm using the older version of FreeCommander.
The newer version had something broken in it (without reinstalling it I can't tell you what it was).

The extra features in 3rd party file managers like FreeCommander are handy:
    • Twin panes + Tabs
    • Mass Rename tool
    • Hash check/generation
    • Built-in Command Prompt
    • Folder size
    • File/Folder:
      • Colour coding
      • Compare
      • Flat view
      • Filters
"Twin panes + Tabs" are extremely useful when dealing with multiple folders (i.e. more than 2).
For example, when I am working with videos I often need 4 folders open:
    • Edited video
    • Source:
      • Video
      • Audio
      • Subtitles

I have a nokia e61. I have been trying to install 3rd party apps like newsgator, truphone, google maps etc on my phone. It dowloads the applications and immediately thereafter gives me a message 'Unable to install'. Any suggestions anyone.
