  1. OneDrive Files Showing Sync Icon when Saving As after 1903 Update

Today, I installed the 1903 update and the relevant cumulative updates offered thereafter. All seems okay, and, since the update all OneDrive folders and files have the Synced icon (green circle) against them. However, when performing a ‘Save As’ and choosing the OneDrive folder, the icons for the OneDrive files and folders all then have a Syncing icon (blue circular arrows) against them. Has anyone else had this issue and does it clear by its own? I believe that when I have installed other Feature Updates, the OneDrive folders took some time to re-sync - perhaps that is what is happening, but after 3 hours there is yet any change.

    :)

      Show hidden icons
      arrow.
    • Right-click the cloud icon and click Exit.

By doing this, OneDrive will stop syncing and restarts after opening the OneDrive app. If the files are still continuously syncing, please respond back so we can provide additional steps.

We will wait for an update.
