Windows 10: OneDrive for Business Upload Bandwidth Problem

I'm uploading a few files to OneDrive for Business from Windows Explorer. What I see is I have average 500kb/s upload speed no upload bandwidth limit, in the task manager OneDrive is using on average 4-5Mbp/s.

Large upload to Onedrive

The first step is to purchase or otherwise have that much free space in OneDrive.

The second step is to make sure that no individual file is larger than 10 GB since that is OneDrive's limit for a single file. (OneDrive for Business has a larger cap.)

The third step is to simply drag and drop your files onto the OneDrive interface. That much data will take several days to upload.

Auto upload photos to OneDrive for Business

How can I set photos to upload to OneDrive for Business, I have added the location and it shows up in places in Office 365, but it does not show in Photos > Settings. I can see SkyDrive there under Auto upload, but nothing else, is this not possible yet
