Windows 10: OneDrive has deleted and backed up all my photos from my phone but they're PDF files on my...

I've only just started using OneDrive since I got a laptop. OneDrive asked me me if I wanted to clear up space by deleting photos from my phone and storing them in/on OneDrive. So I "backed up" all my photos from my phone thousands, deleting them but when I view them on my laptop they're all PDF files! I've set it to back up my photos as I go along and they're the same. Why?! How do I fix it so they're .jpg files?I don't want all my photos to be PDFs...Is there a way to 1. Mass convert them back to image files2. Set it so files are moved to OneDrive in the format they originally wereI also c

Photos deleted from gallery, deleted on Onedrive

It sounds like your photos deleted from gallery have also been deleted on Onedrive.

First I suggest you try to check maybe the Deleted Galary on your phone to see if it's possible to get deleted photos back. Then you may try to visit the OneDrive website to see if the photos you synced are there. If not, you may follow the steps listed on this link | Find lost or missing files in OneDrive (microsoft.com) to see if they could be found back.

delete pdf files from phone

Delete a .pdf document in Windows Phone 8 Adobe Reader by pressing down the document title you wish to delete which is in the Adobe Reader documents list, not in the recents list. When you press down a document title which is in the documents list, you
will then see a pop-up menu which should look something like this:

delete file

make private

upload to Acrobat.com

share via email

If you wish to delete the .pdf file in question, tap delete file option in the pop-up menu which was generated by your pressing the document to be deleted title in the documents list, and the file you wish to delete should now be deleted!

 

Delete and Cut Files with Preview Pane Open

• What exactly happens when try to delete the pdf file?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

  Open File Explorer.

  Select View and click on preview panel.
  
• 
  Select the pdf file.
  
• 
  At the right corner you will be able to see preview panel.
  
• 
  You can right click on it and delete the files.
