Windows 10: Onedrive issue suddenly

I have a Windows 10 laptop. I have been using Onedrive successfully for many years. About a month ago, I could no longer open Onedrive subfolders or files in File Explorer. I can still access my Onedrive files using a browser. After much back-and-forth with Microsoft tech support, they suggested I create another user account NOT connected to a Microsoft email address. I then synced this user to my Onedrive account and, on this account, Onedrive works perfectly in File Explorer. Tech support suggested that this indicated a problem in my original user profile but they did not provide any suggest

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
