Windows 10: Onedrive missing in Windows 11, when I try to install it says there is newer version...

When I try to install it says there is newer version already installed but it really isn't.Can't reset Onedrive as was suggested as system gives error that file doesn't exist.Repair to Office doesn't help as well.Current windows version 25193.1000

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

You need to uninstall it first before installing this version.

Since updating to Windows 10 April Update, OneDrive doesn't work for me, I get the above mentioned error. Also the OneDrive tile from the Start Menu was renamed OneDrive(1), looks as if there must be a OneDrive(2) somewhere...

I noticed that OneDriveSetup.exe from C: Program Files: Microsoft OneDrive has the version 17.3.6943.625., meanwhile the version of OneDrive shown in Control Panel: Programs and Services is 18.065.0329.0002.

Windows 10 - OneDrive

Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.
