Windows 10: Onedrive moved my pst files, now I cannot restore them to local

I decided to sync Onedrive, other than just manually keeping some files there. HUGE MISTAKE. The first issue is that my desktop no longer loaded properly, so I had to manually move all of my desktop data out of Onedrive control by right click / properties / location tab, restore default. I then had to rebuild my desktop. The bigger issue is that Onedrive moved all of my PST files as well, so Outlook no longer functions. I did not know until AFTER I tried to sync that moving PST files is not recommended. Well, then why in the heck does Onedrive not warn users? I only found this after doing a

Help with lost Outlook .pst file

Outlook PST File Problem

That is exactly what I was going to suggest. Export everything to another PST file, delete the old(or rather move it out of the default folder) and replace it with the new PST file that you exported.

If those are the steps you already tried, then I suggest you create e new profile on Outlook with a different pst file path from the beginning, for it might be a bug on Outlook:
