Windows 10: Onedrive not installed : cannot move docs folder out of one drive folder

Client's computer: Windows 11 NO MICROSOFT ACCOUNT WAS CREATED/USED during setupOnedrive is NOT installed.......I cannot get to the backup settings as instructed.A couple of months ago i setup a computer for a client.. After i had copied 20gb of pictures an error is displayed about needing more onedrive space.....Even though 20 gb of files were in the onedrive folder. When attempting to get rid of one direv, ALL pictures were deleted.After much ****, i got onedrive UNINSTALLED.......Today, while doing basic maintenance on the computer i find, the pictures folder, and the documents folder

Hidden folders

I installed `Kane and Lynch` on my PC twice in Program Files(x86) folder but I can`t find them (2 folders with game). But free space on my HDD is lower. So there`re those folders on my hdd. I use option `unhide` hidden folders but still can`t find them. Any suggestions? How can i delete those hidden folders?

When I run istallation for this game I can see those folders in Program Files(x86) folde.

I`m using Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

 

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Move the OneDrive Folder

Move the OneDrive Folder in Windows 10

When you set up OneDrive to sync with your computer, a folder C:\Users\XXXX\OneDrive will be created to store the contents. XXXX denotes your username. To move this folder to another location follow these simple steps:

1. Unlink OneDrive from your PC:

• Go to the taskbar notification area
• Right-click on the OneDrive icon
• Select settings
• Click: Unlink this PC

2. Delete the C:\Users\XXXX\OneDrive folder

3. Create a new folder (target folder) for OneDrive contents, e.g. D:\OneDrive

4. Create Directory Junction for the new folder

• In the search area of the taskbar type CMD and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter
• In the command window type

mklink /J C:\Users\XXXX\OneDrive D:\OneDrive

adjusting it to your specific username and selection of the target folder

5. Link again OneDrive to your PC using the OneDrive icon in the taskbar notification area
