OneDrive root Documents folder bad date. How can I fix

I right click the OneDrive icon on my task bar. This will allow me select “Manage storage”. Internet Explorer responds with a page labeled “Site Settings -> Storage Metrics”. The Documents folder has a date of 4/7/2063.

I believe that the incorrect data is causing my Onedrive to not complete its sync operations along with slow access to files in the cloud.

How can I change the date of that Documents folder to today?

    Thanks.

    :)

  2. OneDrive app opening Documents folder

Long story short... When I click on my OneDrive app, it opens my Documents folder (folder in 'This PC').

This evening I changed the location of my Documents folder to within OneDrive, and then tried to return it which somehow ended up with 'OneDrive' replacing 'Documents' in the 'This PC' list... I used a .bat file to restore 'Documents to the correct place here, but there still appears to be an issue with Onedrive.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this?

    Thank you!

  3. Microsoft OneDrive Changing The 'Original Creation Date' On Folders?

    Please see this

Fixes or workarounds for recent issues in OneDrive
    on this link

    and the general link
Back up your Documents, Pictures, and Desktop folders with OneDrive - Office Support

I appreciate it is One Drive on Microsoft Office but the principle applies to One Drive itself

If OneDrive backup is on the each time a folder is backed up to OneDrive, the creation date is the date of the backup to the Cloud

This happens of course, even if you have not changed edited or deleted or modified anything

Numerous requests have been made to Microsoft for this to be changed, but as far as I know it has not been and Microsoft have I think said it is unlikely it will

I could provide you with numerous examples but I doubt it would help you

  4. OneDrive root Documents folder bad date. How can I fix

Why I have TWO Documents folders?

ok so lemme start off my saying i recently wiped my system and installed windows 10
and i noticed even more recently that i seem to have TWO documents folders...
i have one that has nothing that it should in it and the other somehow is linked to Onedrive...
the onedrive linked one has everything that the non onedrive should. (game saves, etc)
my question is...why? is this normal cause i can't imagine it is...
i don't think steam game save cloud will work with onedrive so i need to know, is this fixable WITHOUT another wipe? i have no idea how my onedrive got synced with my documents folder. i didn't set it up that way. any help is appreciated!
    thanks!
