    OneDrive Verification Screen Problem


    Hi... I'm having a problem accessing my personal vault in OneDrive, which began happening a few days ago. When the authentication window pops up after double-clicking the personal vault, it is displayed incorrectly and I can't click on the e-mail or text message icon for authentication.

I'm not sure how Firefox would berelated to OneDrive, but the login.live.com screen has a similar problem: the log in screen is displayed in text only, and nothing happens after entering the user and password & clicking "Next".[/COLOR]



    I don't have this problem with Edge, but anyway it is less of an issue than the OneDrive problem. I may try to deal with the Firefox issue later - unless it is related to the first problem which seems likely. Hope some of the smart forum folks here can suggest a fix for this...

    OneDrive Verification Screen Problem

    Two-step verification problem

    Hi my problem is already solved but i want to share my issue to the dev team. (sorry about my bad english skill)

    I had logged in OneDrive on my computer everything is fine. After that i used Two-step verification then OneDrive request me to verify Two-step verification suddenly my computer was turn off, when it turned on OneDrive can't sync files from server and it
    doesn't ask me to verify Two-step verification again + i can't log-in or log-out (i already try restart my computer or terminal OneDrive process but it still not work).

    How did i solve it?

    uninstall + re-install it again

    I thought it should have another ways to fix it out.
