Windows 10: OneDrive was locked. Expanded storage. Can't move photo gallery albums out of it?

In an attempt to move everything, I paid for storage for oneonth, expandingy my total storage capacity. Yet...I feel like my files are being held hostage. I can move files around within the Windows Gallery, but cannot select 'all' and move, nor cooy, nor drag to SSID.What can I do to remedy this?

Windows Phone 8.1 OneDrive Album issue

I saw this fix on another form and it worked for me.

• Remove the picture from the Album
• Settings->storage sense->phone->temporary files->delete (even if it says zero bytes)
• Settings->storage sense->photos->manage->albums->OneDrive (online)

I don't know if step #3 was important or not, but I did do that.

Photos deleted from gallery, deleted on Onedrive

The photos are synced to update in onedrive form my gallery. But I unsynced the album afterwards to try and prevent their deletion from onedrive. However, when I deleted the photos from my phone gallery, they still deleted from one drive as well. So how do I keep them on onedrive but delete from my phone to make space?
