Windows 10: Onedrive web only accepts English United States as acceptable language.

Hey folks, Can any Onedrive veterans kindly help me understand what in the name of Zeus is going on here.I have all my languages set to English United Kingdom in Windows, yet when I open the Onedrive Desktop app and click view online, it takes me to a page where the date format on all my files is U.S. which is, because of the disparity in format betwixt our countries, incorrect. I've clicked the English United States text, where it opens a box to tell me my preferred language is set to English United Kingdom, but it's clearly not set to that, so what's going on?

Remove Windows Display Language: English (United States)

Hi.

How do I remove English (United States) as a display language? English United States is not listed as a keyboard, as my region, or in any other visible Windows settings. However, I've got English (United Kingdom) and English (United States) as my two display languages.

I've reviewed Registry Editor, and can see there are two listed in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\NLS\Language. The default is English (United Kingdom) and there is a secondary InstallLanguage of 0409 English United States.

Would I need to delete this key? or is there are hidden windows setting?

English (United States) for adding language is greyed.

I want to add English (United States) as an additional display language for W10 22H2. I understand that it can be done on any base language. But as seen in the screenshot below, English (United States) is greyed.

The step where a list of optional languages are displayed.

The US English is presently not installed, and there is no other language except a base language which came with W10 22H2. Edit: So I just installed the US English. That is it. The US English is greyed because I took the first step of "Add Language" and forgot completing whole steps.
