    For some reason, this weird black pixels or rectangles is very persistent and even after I disabled hardware acceleration. Uninstall & re-install is still not working. what gives Microsoft?https://youtu.be/jdTAM_xS4lY

    HDR Blacks Pixelated?? - Windows 10

    I rolled back my windows to 1709 and blacks are still pixelated, even on the windows default desktop wallpapers...
