Windows 10: OneNote for Windows 10 crashes

Hi.I have an issue with OneNote for Windows 10 on my laptop Lenovo W520. A year ago I upgraded the laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10, but I could never get the build-in OneNote to work no matter what I tried - resetting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating Windows, running SFC, open in safe-mode etc. Now I have installed a new hard-drive and performed a clean install of Windows 10. After the clean installation of Windows, OneNote for Windows 10 works as it should. But after a restart of the computer, the app doesn't work anymore. I can open the app but upon opening a no

• Are you using OneNote 2016 or the built-in OneNote app of Windows 10?
• If you're using OneNote 2016, what is the full version number of your Office. To determine the version of your Office, follow the steps
  here.
• Can you please provide us the step-by-step process on how you're attempting to draw in OneNote using the touchscreen?

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
