Windows 10: Onenote for windows 10 not syncing Personal Web notes

I used to see all my notes across my devices. Since a system restore, the notes are missing form my laptop restored but they're showing on my desktop PC. I get an error message stating "This notebook: Something went wrong on our side. Please try again. as I tried to share it.Might there be a resolution to this?Thank you.

My OneNote section Personal (Web) will no longer sync

My OneNote seciton Personal (Web) will no longer sync. On the Phone (Dell Venue Pro running NoDo) the folder is listed as

Personal (Web)

error, last synced on 4/8/2011

when I view the status of that section on the phone, it says:

Sync status

Result: Can't sync

An error occured and the action couldn't be completed. Try again.

Error code: 80070020

Last synced:

4/8/2011 12:30:24 PM

Last attempt:

4/17/2011 8:23:54 PM

I have tried refreshing multiple times.

OneNote Personal notebook fails to sync

I can't synchronise the Personal notebook to SkyDrive. When I view the synchronisation status, I see the message "OneNote can't synchronise your personal notes with SkyDrive because there is no data connection. Try again later."



There is no Personal notebook on my SkyDrive account when I access it via the web or via the SkyDrive app.



Does anyone know how I can synchronise my personal notes to SkyDrive?

"Browse to the place where OneNote notebook is present"

I do not see One Note notebook on SkyDrive using either my Windows phone or a pc.

When setting up using the SkyDrive the first time:

"On Start, flick left to the App list, and then tap
Office. Flick to OneNote, and then tap All. Tap Refresh. TapYes in the
Sync with SkyDrive? message box. Wait while you're signed in with your Windows Live ID. Afterward, a personal notebook namedPersonal (Web) will be created in your
My Documents folder on Windows Live SkyDrive and synced on your phone."

Under Settings OneNote there is only automatic sync: on or off. I do not have the folder Personal (Web) in My Documents. I did not rename or delete any folders or files.

Any suggestions?
