Windows 10: OneNote not syncing pages once they have been moved

Hello,I am trying to get assistance with issues with OneNote. I have been moving pages into sections, during the move most of them were going fine. Then 3 have not been able to move. They have now been duplicated and now I can no longer access them where I receive an error message that reads it cannot be synced from another location or that it is currently unavailable. I have attempted all other methods available on the forum. Now I am worried those pages have been lost. Now onenote continues to crash and also won't sync due to an error in the server being busy. I am frustrated beyond belief a

OneNote "Sync Conflicts"

Sync conflicts error shown in OneNote can be resolved by using OneNote desktop client. To stop seeing this error, can you follow the below steps:

1. Open the page which is having conflicts in OneNote desktop client or in Internet explorer
2. Open the page in which this error is shown
3. On the top of the page there will be a text bar shown. Pressing on the text bar will show conflicting pages for this page.
4. Delete the conflicting page by selecting the page and right clicking on it.
5. Sync the changes from desktop to server
6. After the above steps, open the page in Mobile and tap on "refresh" to get the changes made on the server.

After step 6 is done, sync conflicting error message should be stopped from prompting.

Deleting OneNote pages

To delete a page from OneNote you can follow the below steps.

• In the "all pages" view find the page you want to delete
• press and hold on the page
• And press the "delete" option shown

OR

• Open the section having the page to be deleted.
• press and hold on the page which needs to be deleted
• And press the "delete" option shown

I'd like to ask what changes have you made prior to this issue. Try reinstalling OneNote on your device.
