Windows 10: OneSyncSvc_2bad9

I have a question about OneSyncSvc_2bad9 a service i found running on task manager. Is this malicious because i found nothing online that identifies this program found embedded in my services that i cannot disable nor uninstall. Even my layers of protection did not identify it as malicious. My laptop was acting strange until i was able to end task of OneSyncSvc_2bad9 temporarily then my laptop went back to normal. What is this program, and how did it get into my laptop, and how do i get rid of it and prevent it from happening again? I was able to find the location of the file, but was
