Windows 10: Ongoing issues with freezing/BSOD, have resolved some issues, but need support working out...

Hello! Fair warning, I'm a gen x'er who has scraped together computer knowledge against my will, out of sheer need over the years, generally via google/youtube, so I'm not what I'd consider technically gifted. ; I've been having issues for the past 4 days. It started with my laptop suddenly deadlocking, then when I did a hard reboot, it did a very brief BSOD, so I was unable to get codes, and then continued to deadlock over and over. Thanks for sharing the minidump files.

I am afraid that the minidump files indicated the same file as a cause of the BSOD.

If you have tried all suggested steps above, I would suggest returning the computer to the store if its warranty still applicable. If not, take it to a reliable maintenance shop to take a look at it.

games freezing issue?

.. clean as a whistle so far, cleaning every 2 week with compress. air .. and every single fan inside case .. it gives me headache, whole system works just fine, no BSOD or such issues, only in game freezing/lock up's ..

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
