Windows 10: Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command stuck at 62.3%

This is what the /scannow command showed me:Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

DISM - Parameter "Cleanup-Image" is not known (error 87)

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Press Enter.

You already have spaces in the command written.

In windows 10, CMD supports Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V so you can directly paste this.

FYI, the spaces are in between

• DISM and Online
• Online and Cleanup-Image
• Cleanup-Image and RestoreHealth

Hi. I've been having problems deleting / modifying files for example in the Program files folder. It wouldn't let me modify / delete them even though I'm definitely using an Administrator account. For certain files it would say "You must have Read Permission to view the properties of this object".

Doing a bit of research, I read that running the Dism commands may be a solution so I tried it. I ran Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth and it completed ("The component store is repairable"), but Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth has been stuck at 83.9% for more than 10 hours now. Is it normal? If not, is there any way to know why it's stuck and what should I do?
