Windows 10: Online music not playing.

I cannot play online music on my Win11 pc, every other audio is working perfectly fine. even the downloaded music is working fine. but any video online which contains music isn't working be it youtube or instagram or any other news website. what could be the issue? i tried every possible step, but none of them worked aparently.

Groove Music Unable to Play Music

We'll try a different approach, we suggest that you reinstall Groove Music and see if it has the same issue. Follow the steps below on how to remove and reinstall Groove Music:

• Open Start menu, search for "PowerShell"
• Right-click the PowerShell shortcut and select "Run as administrator". Agree to the UAC prompt.
• Type/Copy paste Get-AppxPackage *zunemusic* | Remove-AppxPackage.
• Once that Groove Music has been uninstalled, launch Windows 10 Store.
• Type/Search for Groove Music and install.

Cortana not supporting to "play music", "play my music", or any such commands like before.

yes I'm able to chat with Cortana.

and for

• Is this only happening to specific commands like what you mentioned?

my command is for playing music, so its happening with this command, rest were working fine, till what I've experienced. when i'm giving the command to play music, it's opening a bing search in the browser for that and not directly playing music even from
groove.

I've followed all the steps mentioned above, cleared my device history as told but it didn't help.

please help me in other ways possible, i'll try whatever you say,
