Windows 10: Online resources not providing necessary assistance. Need a human

I have been trying to get my grandmother logged back into her computer after weeks of her being locked out because she doesn't know her pin. -Her desktop will ONLY accept her Pin-She knows her password-We can log into her microsoft account online-There is NO place to look at/reset her pin-There is no mention of a PIN anywhere in her account-All online and automated resources have been exhausted to NO AVAIL-There is no settings wheel to click on at all on the desktop in order to sign in with a password instead of pin-There is no option to switch user or log in safe mode-All of the places y'all'

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Developers of Monday Night Combat and Planetary Annihilation have posted news on their new kickstarter, stating that it is now cancelled after poor uptake on funding.

The time has come to shut down the Kickstarter for Human Resources. Every Kickstarter prediction model is showing that we will come up woefully short of our goal. Running a Kickstarter is a full time job for several people. As a small indie, we can’t continue spending time and money focusing on a project that won’t get funded. Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
