The Bluetooth drivers haven’t been working on my computer for almost a year now, but I have wired headphones so that’s not my main concern. But the yesterday when I restarted my computer, the internet wasn’t working even though I’m able to use wifi on all my other devices. So I did a Factory reset to hopefully fix both problems, but now when the System boots up, it’s takes me to my user profile — this is only the one user: me — and says, “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded” even though I just reset the password on live. I have already tried the r

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
