Only allow specific video links on Youtube with Family Safety

We have tried granting access to specific urls on websites such as Youtube and Pinterest but once one permission is given, access to the entire domain is open.

How can we allow access to specific urls instead of entire domains?

    :)

Only allow specific video links on Youtube with Family Safety

Where do I allow specific programs for Windows 10 Family Safety?

In Windows 8, I was able to go to App Restrictions under Family Safety and pick specific programs to allow and deny for each child account. Now since upgrading to Windows 10 and doing the steps to upgrade to the latest Family Safety account, I can't find
the location in Windows 10 to allow and deny specific programs that are currently installed. Where did that screen go? The only thing I found takes me to the Webpage for Family Safety and the only option there for Apps is to block based on Age level.
