Windows 10: Only DVI port outputs video

I've reinstalled windows recently and changed the monitor. PC used to work with Display Port or HDMI and card also has DVI. Now no port neither in graphics card or motherboard besides DVI has video output. When plugging something into Graphics Card HDMI, Nvidia Control panel sees the monitor but as a DVI connection. Tried different monitors, cables, reinstalling windows and drivers. Even checked if graphics card isn't loose or anything. I doubt that both motherboard and graphics card slots malfunctioned at the same time. Any ideas?Graphics: GTX 1070TiMotherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon A

Sound output through 2 HDMI monitors (HDMI and DVI ports)?

Hi Community, here's the thing. I have two HDMI monitors, one conneced to an HDMI port and one to a DVI (both give sound, even the DVI) but I cannot make both of them give sound at the same time. Windows lists them both as one output source, and only the first monitor that I plug in first gives sound. If it is of help, I don't have a dedicated graphics card, they're both connected to the motherboard ports.

 

DVI Output is Corrupted

My dual link DVI-D output is completely going haywire right now. For two months, I’ve been using DVI because my 144hz monitor doesn’t have a displayport (but my GPU does). Until three days ago where it just boots up an enlarged post screen and then goes
to black. I uninstalled my drivers and removed my GPU and when I did that the output was stuck to 800x600p and then fades to black again after two minutes. Safe mode looks perfectly fine. I tried a Single Link dvi and it gave me the same result. Any suggestions.

 

Video Display port force output on Windows

I am wondering if it is possible to make a Windows PC output on a video connection without the "Auto detect" or "output enable" features that they have (unless there is another feature that I don't know about). DVI and HDMI use 3 digital lines for Video, 1 for syncing all those lines together, SCL/SDA Data lines for control, and Hot Plug detect.

It is my understanding that the PC needs to see Voltage on the Hot plug in order for it to confirm that it is connected to a monitor before it can sent the video signal. I need to disable this feature in the PC, does anyone know how to do this?

For further information;

I am trying to use a specialized monitor with my Windows 10 PC. The PC has many HDMI, Display Port, and DVI ports to connect to a monitor, however the display I am planning to use only has DVI inputs.

The issue that I have is that I am physically building the cabling of the Display port due to the fact that the display is not your standard DVI Connector.

My display uses the following connections, DATA 0 (+/-), Data 1 +(/-), Data 2 (+/-), and Clock (+/-), as well as all the ground shields on the data pairs. It does not use SCL/SDA or the Hot pin detect. I can confirm I have tested this cable with a Computer that is not running a sort of operating system such as Windows and I receive video on the display.
