Windows 10: Only failed 1 checkup for windows 11

Never own an AMD but failed processor test. Its an A12-9720P Radeon R7 2700MHZ 4 cores laptop. How can I fix this without buying a newer model.

DELL CHECKUP SCAN FAIL

I have just run a Dell PC Checkup scan. All was OK but the Motherboard failed. Error RTC Accuracy Test WSBOI HUP. Can anyone tell me anything about this and whether I need do anything about it?

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
