Windows 10: Only getting balanced plan after system reinstall

Hello,yesterday i did a clean reinstall of windows 11 23h2. I used to have all power options available but now i only got balanced. I tried enabling all modes via cmd in admin mode but had no success. When i use 'powercfg list' only balanced is listed. Its not a BIOS thing since i checked and i don't have 'other os' option there. It also not Modern Standby since my device is only compatible with S3.I would love to have power saver back since it significantly prolongs my laptops battery life. Getting only balanced power plan

Hi,

Please note down the Balanced plan settings if you've customized them.

Then run the following command in the Admin CMD prompt:

• powercfg.exe -restoredefaultschemes
  

This restores the missing schemes.

Reconfigure the Balanced plan settings again.

 

Windows 11 - High performance plan disappearing after applying Balanced plan.

Just like in title.

I have to manually activate high performance plan in CMD, because every time I switch back to balanced plan via GUI, high performance plan disappears, leaving only balanced plan on the list.

Expected behaviour: I should be able to switch to high performance plan in GUI.

Still cannot get other than Balanced Plan, with reduced brightness display.
