Windows 10: Only on Xbox - really ?

My question is this:
I got to understand that the game called "Forza Horizon 4" is only available on Xbox. As opposed to being available on PC (Windows 10).

So, for that reason I bought an Xbox.

It seems now that you can just buy and run that same game - Forza Horizon 4 - on PC.
Wasn't ... the game exclusive ?

Am I getting it wrong somewhere ?
I also have an Xbox disc of Forza Horizon 2, and that one says: "Only for Xbox"

That one can also be downloaded for PC, unless I am wrong.

Something doesn't add up, I'm sure you guys can explain.

Xbox 360 cracked

Even though the hack is very complex, and should not be done by you and me, but the crack will let you play back-ups of your Xbox 1 and Xbox 360 games, and will boot all normal xbox games, yes all, not just the onces on the compatibilty list. So we are one step closer.

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Initially, we need to pair the device to show up in the list while connected through Bluetooth. Check with the below mentioned steps and see if it works.
