Windows 10: Only one of my icons popped up when i started my computer

Discus and support Only one of my icons popped up when i started my computer in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I started my computer and one icon popped up, and I had a few on there, I can't get more to show up even the trash isn't in there....     Only one of my icons popped up when i started my computer


    I started my computer and one icon popped up, and I had a few on there, I can't get more to show up even the trash isn't in there.

    No Safely remove notifiction pop up, HAVE Icon

    1st suggestion didnt work at all.
    2nd suggestion works but after that when i stop the device the "normal way" its still the same, no "safe to remove device" shows up

    Computer not showing desktop or start icon?

    My computer is not showing the desktop icons or the start menu bar... everytime I want to open something i have to use the windows task manager. anyone know why this happens? also when i want to open My Computer properties or something it says I'm missing the RUNDLL32.EXE
