  1. Only one output sound device in sound mixer options

So I recently downloaded blue tooth drivers and connected my wireless headphones but the in the default output option in sound mixer option its only speaker. So I have to add my output to apps manually but it doesn't work quite right. For example, in opera gx YouTube works but other things don't. Any help?

    :)

  2. Windows 11 cant select my mixer to output sound too.

I am trying to connect my digital mixer to windows 11 laptop (new one) via the jack output via a balanced cable to the jack inputs. However the sound doesn't come through at all into the mixer no matter what I select on the laptop as a source.

The cable works as I managed to connect a sound output from a projector to the mixer and got sound so I know its not a cable issue or a physical jack input issue on the mixer.

My digital mixer doesnt come up as a sound output option at all in Windows so I assume the issue is here with Windows not picking it up for some reason.

Some Apps are not showing in the Advanced sound options

    Hello All,

i have the mini GOXLR and i used to map the apps to different sound mixers within the goxlr using the Advanced Sound Options where i will choose the app and then choose my preferred sound output.

lately some apps are not even showing on the list at all even though the app is opened (this was not an issue 2 months ago), and a sound is playing. (Sound is not mapped to any output hence i can't hear anything).

example: when i am using Whatsapp app, i want the sound to be controlled from the chat mixer on the GOXLR device, when i go to the Advanced sound settings to choose the output source as Chat, i cant find the whatsapp app on the list to choose from.

anyone knows why this is happening and how can i fix it?

sound level on the sound system

    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

You can customize the sound level for individual applications through the Volume Mixer. Here's how you can access it:

    1. Right-click on the Volume icon in the taskbar (usually located in the bottom right corner) and select "Open Volume Mixer."
    2. A Volume Mixer window will open, displaying a list of all the applications that are currently producing sound.
    3. Find the application for which you want to customize the sound level and adjust the corresponding slider to increase or decrease the volume for that specific application.
    4. You can also click on the speaker icon below the slider to mute or unmute the sound for that application.
    5. Repeat these steps for any other applications you want to customize the sound level for.
By adjusting the volume levels for individual applications in the Volume Mixer, you can have more control over the sound output on your laptop.

    Best regards
