Windows 10: Only previous devices work on windows 10

Hello,

I'm using Haier Y11c notebook with windows 10 latest updates.

But, I've got a problem with my USB ports.

In my USB ports only the devices which I used to connect previously for example an optical mouse are working.But, the devices that are new for my PC don't work in USB ports whether it may be a storage device or other mouses.

I tried all solutions like uninstalling devices from device manager and updating drivers from other softwares.

I even reset my PC and removed all the files.

But, the problem still continues. Please help.

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
