Windows 10: Only special keys work under Windows 11

Hi,I've been having this very annoying issue for some time now, after working for some time all of the sudden normal keys on my keyboard stop working, I can use enter, windows, function keys, but can't type anything. When this occurs on my Bluetooth keyboard, my built-in keyboard of my laptop also stops working.I've run the troubleshooter, but the report is that there's nothing wrong, if I reboot the PC it works again, but this is not very convenient, since there's no way of telling when this will occur, and I might be in the middle of typing something or trying to resolve an issue. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Special Function Keys not working

I have a Toshiba Satellite S55t-A5277 laptop. I've been having several issues with programs and drivers lately that led to my computer re-installing Windows 10 twice in the last month (not sure if that was even resolved honestly). The top row of function
keys now aren't working, despite my best efforts to fix it. (Brightness keys, Volume up and down keys, etc.)

The special function keys are now only working as regular F1-F12 keys, despite checking my BIOS and resetting it to "Special Function Keys" several times. I've also tried choosing regular F1-F12 keys thinking that just might be the problem but that hasn't worked
either. I can't access my special function keys without pressing and holding the "FN" key despite not having needed to do that before. Are there any ways to fix this?
