    I BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP 5 MONTHS AGO I was working with zoom in a meeting and that day suddenly only the voice came out of the speakers other people playing audio I couldn't hear. I closed zoom it works just fine but today even I quit it wasn't working.Can someone tell me how to fix the problem?Thank you.Please tell me on the comments if you need my laptop's specification.

    Record my voice and sounds comes from speaker at the same time

    I recently purchased a laptop that has one audio jack (headset) instead of two jacks (one more Mic and one for Speaker)

    I want to record my voice for few seconds and then bring the Mic near the speaker and record sound coming from speaker for few more seconds and then continue recording my voice.

    With the new laptops seems like they added some setting which Mic wont record the sound comes from speaker. Even if I stick the Mic to the Speaker it wont record it and only record my voice or any other voice other than Speaker

    Is there any solution for this rather than buying another laptop with two jacks?

    when i am calling from my lumia620 the voice is not coming, but when the headphone is connected aur speaker is on voice is going as well as coming. please suggest me some solution as soon as possible

    Hi Samuel,

    A factor why you're voice chat sounds goes through your speakers as well is due to configuration settings. We suggest that you configure playback devices. Follow the steps below:

    • Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound >
      Sound      .
    • Left-click on Speakers > Click on Set as Default Device.
    • Left-click on Headphones > Select Set as Default Communication Device.
    • Click OK.

    If the issue still occurs, contact your device manufacturer's support for assistance on configuring your device.

    Let us know what happens after following the suggested troubleshooting steps.
